What is MBSR™?
MBSR™ is a holistic tool that can be used in conjunction to other practices (exp: therapy/ counseling, chiropractic, massage, etc.) that aids in identifying emotions that may exacerbate symptoms in the body through disrupted energy flow. MBSR™ helps to calm the nervous system. The reactions produced by these emotions (or triggers) are often subconscious, but result in unwanted emotional or behavioral experiences. By unveiling these negative imprints, greater self-awareness and the ability to normalize a situation/emotion is gained. Negative energetic imprints held within the body can be traumas, daily stressors, small life events, or even events that we cannot actively recall.

How does MBSR™ work?
Mind Body Spirit Release ™ utilizes muscle testing to discover what emotions may be hidden within the body, causing potential stress. MBSR™ is available in-person or virtually! In each session, an energetically imprinted cold laser light is utilized over particular acupressure points to increase emotional flow and nervous system regulation. This helps for integration of emotions and experiences into everyday life.

Who can benefit from MBSR™?
Everyone! This includes humans and furry friends! A wonderful feature of MBSR™ is that there is no need to retell or rehash experiences in life that may cause anxiety, fear, or emotions. Silent participation is just fine! The MBSR™ practitioner works with the emotional and energetic imprints within your body, not your words.

What happens after an MBSR™ session?
It is up to you to decide if you want to know what is popping-up in a session or if you would rather focus on clearing those energies and calming the nervous system without knowing. Either is fine! At the end of each session, though, it is likely that you will receive one or two optional integration items (don’t worry… they are never overwhelming!). At the end of each session, a suggested time-frame for a follow-up session is provided. It is important to note that MBSR™ is not a “one and done” approach. It often takes multiple transformative sessions to feel release and for wholeness to return.
